What to expect
When you contact Stoneleaf, you will be put in touch with our owners. Jeff and Pat are involved in your project from day one and will personally design, estimate, and oversee the installation and all aspects of your project.
Our backgrounds in landscape architecture and landscape construction mean your project will be expertly handled from beginning to end, with our attention to detail and commitment to quality guiding us every step of the way.
Our process

Consult
After our initial call to discuss your project, we will meet with you on-site to analyze your space and listen to your needs. We walk your property with you to discuss your likes, dislikes, and goals so that we can put the perfect plan into place.

Design
Taking our initial consultation into account along with our site analysis, we develop a plan and create an estimate that meets your needs. Design plans are expertly drawn in CAD to give you the best possible visualization of your project and we present them alongside a proposal and potential timeline.

Finalize
Once we have finalized your plan, we will go over your contract along with our warranty terms and duration. We will select materials with you and submit any necessary permit documents. You will be kept informed of our start date and permit progress every step of the way.

Construct
On your start date we move efficiently through the construction process, with daily communication to keep you informed on the project goals and timing of completion.

Complete
Once clean-up and the final touches are complete, we walk through the project with you to ensure all aspects of installation meet your expectations. We provide aftercare instructions for your new plants and hardscape to help you love and maintain your new space for years to come.
